Our primary mission is to provide assistance to every person who is in need of help and encouragement, especially those who have faced setbacks or failures in their lives. We firmly believe that these moments of adversity are an integral part of their personal story and can serve as a catalyst for personal growth and development, ultimately leading them to become the best of themselves.

Meet Dr. Shalonda Spencer 

Shalonda, the CEO and founder of Another Step Christian Counseling and Coaching Services, LLC, is a life coach with more than 25 years of experience. In 2018, she decided to fully commit to her business in order to provide the best possible service to individuals in need.

​

Over the years, Shalonda has helped people with their relationships, those struggling with identity,  self-esteem, those abused, and individuals suffering a loss. Her gift is Hope through FAITH. 

 

Due to Shalonda's non-licensure status in the State of Nebraska, Shalonda decided to focus primarily on Christian counseling. However, all faiths are welcome. Additionally as an equal opportunity provider, we offer life coaching services that cater to individuals of all denominations. This expansion allows us to support a wider range of clients.
